  • Pay for emails sent, not contacts stored. Your list can grow without your bill growing.
  • One plan for marketing and transactional. We keep them on separate domains so a campaign cannot hurt your password resets — we just do not charge you twice for it.
  • No add-on tax. SSO, extra domains and inbound are included, not priced separately.

What it costs elsewhere

Competitors sell buckets, so crossing a tier boundary is a cliff. Usage pricing does not beat step tiers at the boundaries — it beats them in the middle, which is where most senders actually live.

Competitor prices are their published list prices at those volumes, checked 1 September 2026. Ours is whichever of our plans is cheapest at that volume — we will tell you when a bigger plan would cost you less, rather than quietly metering you on a smaller one.

Questions people actually ask

What happens when I hit the limit?

On Free, sending pauses — you are never billed for something you did not agree to. On Pro and Scale, sending continues and the extra is metered, because stopping your password resets to protect a few dollars would be the wrong trade. A campaign larger than your remaining allowance is refused whole rather than half-sent, so you never have to work out who got it.

Do you charge for contacts?

No. A contact is a row in a database and costs us close to nothing. Charging for it would penalise you for the thing you are trying to do.

Is marketing priced differently to transactional?

No. We keep them on separate subdomains with separate reputations, so a campaign’s complaint rate can never reach your password resets — that part matters. Charging differently for them does not, and it would give you a reason to mislabel campaigns as transactional, which is exactly what breaks the separation.

What about attachments?

Included, up to 10MB per message. Anything larger belongs behind a link.
