SendRaven is email infrastructure for AI agents.
Agents use it over REST or MCP to run real email conversations: sending, reading replies as threads, and running campaigns and automations, within limits and approvals set on the API key. What it does
- Sends transactional mail and campaigns through one API, on separate sending identities so a campaign cannot hurt a password reset.
- Reads the reply. Inbound mail is joined to its thread on
Message-ID, with the quoted history stripped. - Says no. An API key can carry a daily cap, a recipient allowlist and a hold that turns every send into a draft for a person to approve.
Who uses it
Common Ninja’s own five products were its first tenants, and SendRaven sends its own mail through itself. It is open to anyone building a product, or an agent, that talks to people over email. Why we built it.
